What we collect

The contact form collects only what you type into it: the type, date, location and size of your event, your name, email, phone number and, if you mention it, how you heard about us. This information is used for one thing: replying to you and preparing your quote. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no targeted advertising.

Retention

Your messages land in MF Animation's email inbox and are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on your event. You can ask for their deletion at any time (see below).

Third-party services used by this site

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form delivery goes through Formspree. The reviews shown come from our Google listing via Featurable, and the Instagram posts from our account via Behold (Meta services). Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy; the site sends them no personal information beyond what these functions require.

Your rights and opting out

To review, correct or delete the information you sent us, write to info@marcoferri.ca or call (450) 622-3388. We follow up promptly.
